Donna Manella has a long history of quality customer service and customer care. While attending the University of Illinois, she was a petty officer in the United States Coast Guard Reserve as well as a full-time police telecommunicator for the State of Illinois. Once she received her BA, she worked for several years in advertising, specializing in creating ad campaigns for national companies and business owners.

Practicing real estate as a full-time career since 2004 and a broker since 2008, Donna has integrated her advertising and customer service skills with her real estate business to assure her continued success in assisting her customers real estate needs. 

Donna has continued her real estate education by taking specialized courses to better serve her buyer and seller clients. She has become E-Pro® certified, as well as becoming an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)®, and has taken several Century 21 specialty courses such as Create21®  marketing system and others.
